Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and jlj4 ("jlj4," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlj4.vip. By registering an account, accessing the jlj4 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the jlj4 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated version of this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the jlj4 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is imposed in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards. jlj4 will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must not be accessing jlj4 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful in your location.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not have applied for self-exclusion on jlj4 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you are not permitted to register a new account.

jlj4 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including during account registration, before processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include Philippine government-issued identification such as the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport. Accounts that fail to complete age verification within the stipulated period may be restricted or permanently closed.

Account Registration

To access the full suite of jlj4 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your jlj4 account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jlj4. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jlj4 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• KYC Compliance: jlj4 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.
• Non-Transferability: Your jlj4 account and any funds within it are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jlj4 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlj4 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven via DragonPay. The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within two (2) hours for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Identity Matching: The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the jlj4 account. Payments from or to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. jlj4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers anti-money laundering review thresholds.
• Bonus-Linked Funds: Funds derived from bonus credits may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

jlj4 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, cashback programs, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and are at least 21 years of age.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• jlj4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed by a player, jlj4 will honor the existing bonus terms unless fraud or a breach of this Agreement is established.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly permit combination.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion with other players, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jlj4 platform are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. The following general gameplay principles apply:

• Final Results: The result of each game round as recorded by jlj4's systems shall be final and binding. In the unlikely event of a system error or disconnection during a game round, jlj4 will investigate the circumstances and resolve the matter in accordance with its fair play policy.
• RNG Games: All slot and non-live table games on jlj4 operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited to ensure statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures reflect verified, third-party tested values.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers using real physical casino equipment. The conduct of all live games is recorded and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface before any wager is placed.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, jlj4 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the affected player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jlj4 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets without human interaction.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer or poker games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using jlj4 to process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from an identified exploit are void.
• Accessing the jlj4 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using a payment method belonging to a third party without their authorization.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit disputes.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or disrupt the jlj4 platform, servers, or security systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jlj4 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and the jlj4 brand name itself — is the proprietary intellectual property of jlj4 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlj4 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any jlj4 content without the prior written consent of jlj4.

Responsible Gaming

jlj4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling among its player community. jlj4 recognizes that while the vast majority of players enjoy gambling as entertainment, a small number may develop problematic patterns that require intervention and support.

In accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines, jlj4 provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may activate alerts that notify them when a specified time period has elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlj4 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jlj4 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming losses.
• Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any actions taken by jlj4 in good faith in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

jlj4's total liability to any player arising from a single incident shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Termination & Suspension

jlj4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Any action that jlj4 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms and Conditions, jlj4 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances. Real-money balances that are not implicated in fraud or breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method following an investigation period, subject to applicable withholding required by law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jlj4 account may do so by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Account closure requests are processed within one business day.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the jlj4 platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the jlj4 platform.

jlj4 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted on the jlj4 platform are subject to applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations as amended from time to time.

Amendments

jlj4 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlj4 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the jlj4 platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision was made effective. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the jlj4 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms and Conditions, your only recourse is to cease using the jlj4 platform and close your account as described in Section 11.
